Adding Pato imports

Daniel Olson requested to merge Adding-Pato into main

Updated cpont-edit, cpont-odk and the Makefile. The catalog file already had pato included and the cpont.makefile did not include many of the other imports (HP, MAXO, RO, etc...) so I left this one out as well.
