Remove OMOP mappings from external_import and revise pipeline

  • Move OMOP mappings from external_imports.tsv to a new SSSOM file in the Mapping Commons repo.
  • Remove the columns containing the OMOP mappings from external_imports.tsv.
  • Clean-up external_imports.tsv by removing the now unneeded duplicate terms (created when a term had multiple mappings).
  • Modify the CPONT pipeline to get the OMOP mappings from the SSSOM file in the Mapping Commons repo and add them as annotations to the terms in CPONT.
