Extract SSSOM file from external_import template

Create SSSOM file for our OMOP to OBO mappings by extracting SSSOM from our external_import template.

@nicolas.matentzoglu provide code example for doing this. Then assign issue to @ehartley.
@ehartley implement SSSOM extraction based on the example code.
