Add COB-style upper level to CPONT

We should have simple upper categories ala COB at the top level, with all the groupings of interest we seek to cover, e.g.

disease assay drug

This does not have to be semantically rigorous like COB, but will help making our ontology model more explicit. All terms must be under one of these groupings.
