Figure out how to attach kg.ttl to the release

In GitHub, it is very easy to simply upload a file to a release ("attach a binary"). In GitLab, it seems much more cumbersome, and I do not understand why.

We need to figure out a way to upload kg.ttl as a release asset to a release.
